Expresscard 8360 turns pc on

Hi,

I installed Expresscard 8360 into my desktop PC and now I am unable to turn this PC off . Card is probably sending commands right after PC turns off and then it turns it on again. Is it something that can be set in BIOS? I cannot go to BIOS without IT, so another option would be apreciated .
