Error while building TestStand UI with LabVIEW

Hi,

im developing a LabVIEW 2017 UI to call teststand 2017. Im using the full featured TestStand UI and the testExec.llb. 

when i run the VI normally without building it everything run as expected but when i generate a build (application exe) and try to launch the teststand UI I got this error: 

Error 1126 occurred at Ouvrir une référence de VI dans TS Full LabVIEW UI Dependencies.lvlib:RunLauncher.vi->MainTSBuilder.vi

Possible reason(s):

LabVIEW: (Hex 0x466) La version du VI est trop ancienne pour la convertir en la version actuelle de LabVIEW.

Une erreur s'est produite lors du chargement du VI 'TS Full LabVIEW UI.lvlib:Launcher.vi'.
Erreur 10 au chargement : version du VI (13.0) trop vieille pour le convertir à celle de LabVIEW (19.0.1).

Chemin du VI : C:\..\TestExec.llb\Launcher.vi

CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS
