Error reading ethernet configuration file in labview RT system and fatal error F146640

Hi,

I have a PXIe 1065 which is connected via MXIe interface to an industrial PC. I moved this system to run a data acquisition software (which was originally developed for 2009). While running the older version of software we found some deployment error asking for library update.

I did the software update after which the RT system restarted.  

After RT restart we got the error of "Error reading ethernet configuration file "C:ni-rt\system\ethernet\ethernet.ini"". (Screenshot attached). Also there is a fatal error : F146640 which is displayed.

Can anyone suggest me what should be done for solving the issue. I am unable to communicate using NI MAx to the chassis. I did MAX reset but it did not worked.

So the error got solved after I formatted my RT controller using KB article (Using a Utility USB Drive to Format my Real-Time Phar Lap ETS PXI Controller)....After formatting I am able to see the controller in MAX and install software. I am posting this for any future purpose to anyone.
