I am encountering this error ( but it's occurence is not deterministic ).
My LabVIEW app has a command line mode and I'm running it from command line multiple times ( hundreds of times ).
And sometimes after hours of operation this error happens. I'm than forced to restart the system.
I am using NI DAQMX - 9.2.3
and the following NI PXIe cards in my system:
NI 5421
NI 6221
I do belieave it is the 6221 that is causing the issue.
OS is Windows XP
LabView is 10.0.1 ( Service Pack 1 ).
The only thread I've found that would have something similar is this one.
But I do not have ANY Aanti Virus software running, that is why I decided to open a new thread.
I have had this system on several systems that have the same configuration.
I have taken the NI DAQMX drivers from the NI DS2 2011 Distrubution Disk but that has not fixed the problem.
If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate your comments.

Things I have done:
Per suggestions from NI Support
1)Ran the procedure to clean the MAX Database

2)I've upgraded to DAQmx 9.3.5
3) Checked if during the installation of DAQmx the Administrator account was used
And I'm still stuck, I still keep getting the same error on ocasion.
If anyone has any suggestions I would much appreciate your help.#
