Hello,
My NI Update Service just provided 7 critical updates and patches, which I downloaded and tried to install. However, two installations were unsuccessful andproduced the attached error messages. A possible reason for the errors may have been that the laptop went to sleep during the installation, but I am not sure about that.
My question is how, I can find and try to re-install those critical updates and patches? The NI Update Service does not provide me with a list of installed updates and their status like the Windows Update does. Please advise. Thank you.

Update Service saves the suite of installers in C:\ProgramData\National Instruments\Update Service\Installers\NI_date_time. You can try re-running the setup.exe.
If the error happens again, it must be a more general installer failure, but we can look more closely at the error code to debug from there.

Thank you for your quick reply. I found the setup program in the location you described. This time, running the setup went flawlessly. Attached below is the installation summary. I am using LabVIEW 2011SP1 with the Device driver DVD that came with the LabVIEW 2012 Evaluation DVDs. Thismay explain the messages in the NI-DCPower 1.7.5 section. Thanks gain for your help.
