I have a very large application that needs to dynamically load VIs in an alternate context. That part works OK.
When one of those dynamically loaded VIs is broken, I want the error window to work properly. However it won't show any errors in the alternate context. This seems like a bug, but I can't find a workaround. Interestingly, I can read the errors programmatically regardless of context.
You can see the problem by running either "Context Woes 1.vi" or "Context Woes 2.vi".
When the broken VI is loaded in the main context, you can see the errors in the error window; but when you select an alternate context, the error window shows "No VIs with errors".
