Error In Implementing PID Controller Using Labiew

i want compare between the output of the PID controller founded in the control & simulation LabView toolbox and the Matlab SimulinkPID controller. 

i have built to identical systems shown below using Simulink and LabView, and excite both of them with the same step input signal, set the PID controllers gains the same in both systems (Kp=1, Ki=0, Kd=3), but the output response was different as show in the graphs below. can anyone explain what's wrong ??
