I am getting an error when I am trying to get excel values.

ERROR CODE:97

Property Node (arg 1) in GetXL_CellValues_2D_Dbl.vi

your VI is referencing an "read excel values (2).llb", but you don't provide that llb.

Please provide the llb or atleast a link to its source. Or provide the offending function that is named in the error message…

Did you read the explanation of that error message? It complains about some "null or already deleted" reference…
