Error 56 and Error 63 when using Open TCP Client without TCP Server listening

Hi 

I'm just wondering why the timeout value of the "Open TCPIP Client" will result in different error code: 56 & 63.

I connected a non-existent ip address and port, and set the timeout value close 1 second, and I supposed the error code will turn out to be 63, but I got 56 sometimes.

However, if the timeout value is large enough, the occurrence possibility of the error 56 will be reduced.

How to explain or describe this situation?

I'd like the determine if the ip address is correct or not, but the small timeout setting seems to make it unclear.
