Error -200220 occurred at DAQmx Create Channel (CI-Count Edges).vi:1

Hello,

 

I get the following error when running my VI, says device identifier is invalid (ERROR -200220) and I was wondering how to fix this..

this keeps repeating for others such as AO Voltage and I have to end task to shut down labview.

would it be that my chasis is unidentified? Im confused as to which to choose? Im using NI cDAQ-9172

Hi there,

 

It sounds like this might just be an issue with using the wrong device name for your cDAQ module. Make sure that you are using the same alias name that you have configured in MAX for your device. This KnowledgeBase might
