Error 1402: Could not open key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE... During Installation

OK now how do I change these registry permissions? This is a home PC and I am just about the sole user although Mama and my brother Bobby use it every few months or so. I really am not too into this registry stuff at all. Thanks- K&K
