I too, have this error 128 - open connection limit exceeded. So far, the only thing I can do to remedy it is to restart the application. Unfortunately, restarting causes a major disruption in the workflow.
I am using a webservice, through a proxy. The webservice is not made with labview.
Any suggestions on what I can do about it?

You got any solution to this?? Using close connection in client doesnt close the connection it seems. I am able to connect and reconnect to a running server around 1018 times. After that it throws, error code 128. I tried to handle the error by closing the connection and re opening, still doesnt work.
