Error -1073807339

I don't understand why I am having this error message come up on a VI. 

I have tried this one two seperate analzyers same manufacture both use the same drivers and commands for the same task. I recieve an error on one but not the other. The two analzyers in question are ESIB 7 (works on this analzyer) and FSEK 20K (does not work on this one).

I looked at the NI spy capture and the status message I recieve "Timeout expired before operation completed." I have tried adding a delay within the vi to but I recieve the same error; Am I doing something very wrong within the VI?

Hello MrSafe,

I have attached an example VI that I would like for you to try. It basically adds some timeout into the VISA task. Please let me know if this fixes the error.

Thank you for the reply any chance you can convert the file to labview 8.0 for me? I do not have anything newer than 8.0.

Thank you for the update. Unfourtnatly the analzyer will still spit out the same error and I am begining to suspect that it may indeed be the analzyer that is the issue.
