Error -1073807202 occurred at Property Node in VISA Configure Serial Port

I get the message "Error -1073807202 occurred at Property Node in VISA Configure Serial Port", when try to use
the include examples of serial port read/write. or build my own.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

This error codes indicates that you have some missing library code. Try to uninstall and re-install VISA.

I working in a full, fresh installation of LabView 7.1.
Also a have installed the 7.1.1 update, but it finnish with
lot's of errors (i attached the log file).

No matters the update is installed or not, i got the same error.
My Windows XP Pro is a spanish version.

Diego,

What David had in mind was that you uninstall/reinstall/upgrade NI-VISA, which is driver software that may not have been installed when you installed LabVIEW. Certainly, the 7.1.1 patch would not install this driver.

I download and install "visa330runtime.exe". The problem is now solucionated.
