Error - 1073807171 Cannot retrieve Configuartion descriptor

Hi

I am trying to make a Driver for one Proteus USB Sample using NI-VISA Driver Wizard, But I am recieveing a Error - 1073807171: Cannot retrieve Configuration descriptor. Try Disconnecting and reconnectiong your USB device from the system and refreshing the device list.

Can you please guide me what may be the problem..??

I have the same problem, and I created physical device does not work, Windows sends me the message USB: error 43

Please be specific as to the actual physical device. Using the VISA Wizard is almost always a mistake. You delete the vendor provided driver when you do this. Always a good idea to use the provided driver.
