These days, I tried to hook NI USB-6212 with the computer. However,
the device cannot be recognized by Labview. I tried to run the
examples under the folder of example/analogin, they all generate the
same error -Error 10401 occurred at AI Group Config.

None of those functions will work. With that card, you need to install the DAQmx driver and use DAQmx functions. the functions and examples you are tryingis part of the obsolete traditional DAQ.
