I'm trying to read from an incremental encoder (1000 PPR) using the setup in the title (CRIO 9014 with NI 9401 module). The problem is that when my motor reaches a speed of around 100 rad/s the pulse counting halts.
I have tried reading both in scan and FPGA mode and the same problem happens, but I think that with the 40 MHz that my CRIO is capable of providing this problem shouldn't be happening.
Am I missing some configuration in the middle of this or is that correct and my hardware just can't handle?

P.s.: Scan interface I configured the module for quadrature encoder reading.

What about the properties of the Timed Loop? What source/clock did you choose?

The image I sent shows the clock as "default", so, if I'm not wrong, the timed loop is configured to work with the 40 MHz that my CRIO is capable of.
