Hi,
I´ve tried to play AVIs (coded MPEG4) using ActiveX Plug-in of Windows Media Player.
The problem appears when I change the window appearance property.
If the property "window has title bar" is unchecked, the video will not be shown, but the sound track (formated MP3) is still loaded.
So how can I play the video without title bar?
BR,
Wilbur

Hi,
I´ve tried QuickTime but it doesn´t recognize the AVI because of the MPEG4 code.
However, it doesn´t appear in Windows Media Player.

Hi there,
I´m using the VLC, but during playing the VLC cannot return the time information. If the time or position is asked, there will be an error!
PS: There´s also an IO error for uploading picture in the forum!

Hi,
the error disappears, it might come with a temp network problem.
I´ve got another question with the VLC ActiveX. How can I hide the file name at the begin of the playback?

I don't know if this will help but....
I have attached an example using Windows Media Player to play MP3's I found here years ago.

VLC ActiveX provides the option, in which the user may config the player. Using "no-video-title-show" or "no-osd" may disable the title at the start of the playback or the subtitle during playback.
