ERROR CHANNEL NI-MAX (NI 8473s)

Hi, i have installed NI-CAN 18.0 on windows 10 and ni 8473s. The hardware is installed correctly, but when i create a message in the channel of ni- max, i have the next error: "Test Panel cannot run since no CAN ports are available. Make sure you have at least one NI CAN card inserted into your computer".

, and i have read the installatation guide, but when i try to do the point (4.) of http://download.ni.com/support/softlib//embedded%20networks/CAN/code%20library/CAN/Frame%20Channel%2... i don't find the software that i should install.

can i solve it?

The KnowledgeBase you've linked is referred to LV programming, not NI MAX.
