EG&G PAR 263 LabVIEW

Good Afternoon,

I am trying to connect an use an old EG&H PARC 263 to a windows 10 system with a  NI PCIe-GPIB+, NI-488.2. I am trying to use the two following VIs to collect data with no success.

The front panel says remote when I use the two VIs, but post running the data is saved with no file type. I know the instrument works, I ran the internal "dummy"  when not connects to the GPIB card.

Which VI are you using from the first link?

At the second link, that VI is made for LabVIEW 8.0. What version of LabVIEW are you using?
