Intermittently stops communicating over Ethernet connection. I have three instruments connected to an Ethernet switch and the other two instruments keep working but the power supply stops responding to the program commands. Unplugging and plugging the Ethernet cable to the supply causes the supply to start working again as does turning the supply off/on.
For a temporary solution I connected to the USB port on the power supply and although the test runs a little slower it keeps working. I think the supply has a hardware issue with the Ethernet port. Another thing I noticed is the web page will not fully load in MAX. The power supply web page will load in Microsoft Edge browser.
