Dynamically display or hide the application icon in the taskbar

I added HideRootWindow = "True" to the application configuration file, then started the software and found that the application icon displayed in the taskbar had been hidden. But how to hide or show the application icon in the taskbar while it is running.

Appreciate any help. Thank you!
