Driver for NSK's EXA Controller

Hi Everybody,

I have received a brand spanking new Monocarrier and matching EXA
controller from NSK. The problem is I have found the manual missing
parts of 2 chapters, which includes the RS232 setup and PID loop
parameters.

I am having trouble communicating and I want to narrow down the number
of variables so any help would be appreciated.

What does the manufacturer say?
I've often had to go back to the manufacturer and get direct e-mail from them on important material - hopefully they'll oblige, especially if they want their customer's content!

Hi CapeFl,

All is good now. Luckily the local (same country) distributor had a demo
version of this unit in and he photocopied the manual and so he faxed me
the missing pages.

It turns out the problem is the pinout of the 9 pin serial connector on
the unit wasn't standard even though they said it was.

I will get the original distributors (not local) so send me a new manual.
