Hi all John here I was looking for some help finding 2010 Database Connectivity Toolkit, I have labview 2010 professional development version.

You will probably have to contact NI directly to get that. They generally do not support the older versions on the web after the new release. So you will have to contact NI directly to see how to get a copy of that.

All users with an active Standard Service Program contract, which comes with keeping up to date with the latest version of LabVIEW, are entitled to previous versions of the software.

If you have have linked your active Serial Number with your 'My NI' profile on NI.com, you may sign into the Service Resource Center and download previous versions of software. Click the link below:
