Doubt regarding control system design

Control system design using PID - Please go through this link for a minute to understand the basis of my doubt.

But now I'm having some 'S' terms in numerator also. So when i do, it shows something like in these images.

I'm kind of running out of time, so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
