Does LabView 3.1.1 work on Windows Me?

I need to run an instrument and would like to use a new computer. But I have LabView 3.1.1 and the LabView drivers for the instrument are only available for version 3.1.1. I expect running on Windows 2000 would be too difficult, but would I be OK using Windows Me?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to run a 16 bit version of LabVIEW (3.1.1) on a 32 bit OS (Me & 2000). The following webpage discusses this:
