When you say Flowcharts do you mean like copy and pasting the code into a word document?

Not exactly. I mean, build a diagram where you show the logic of your program/algorithm. Check out this link.

Flowcharts are boring to build, tough. But if you care so much about the comprehension of a future developer (that isn't supposed to be familiar with LabVIEW), it might be worth the efforts.
