Do I have rights to burn a DVD with NI-DAQ 7.3, NI-488.2 and my app. in LabView ?

I was woudering if I needed a special request to burn a DVD with my drivers and my application in LabView 7.1. I have a licence for LabView 7.1.

By "app" do you mean you have the Application Builder? If so the SW agreement is quite specific and the answer is yes...

Application Builder license agreement:
12. Application Deployment. You may distribute or otherwise make available Authorized Applications (including applicable runtime engines for the SOFTWARE and applicable driver interface SOFTWARE that you may include as part of or together with your Authorized Applications) provided you comply with each of the requirements set forth in sub-sections (A) and (B) below:
(see section 12 for full details)

I think the same guidelines are used even if this is just a VI and drivers...

What DVD are you burning? If duplicating a DVD, some DVDs have copyrights and it is not lawfull to copy those. If creating your own, then there should be no worry.
