Difference between restarting a cRIO and repowering a cRIO

Thanks for the link. I read through the thread but the only solutions/workarounds they came up with were to wait before launching the code on the real-time system, using a kind of splash screen introduction. However, my code takes about 30 seconds to get to the point where the VI Server call issue occurs, so delays are not the solution unfortunately.
