Diagramm window always closed on startup

Hello out there,
I wrote an template FrontPanel VI with no Programming Diagramms.
Each time I open it, (with double click on Icon, WIN NT, LV5.1)
I would like to see the Diagramm Panel to be open. But it is not.

Does anybody know a setting that I have not found in "VI Setup" that
opens both windows?

Press and hold the "CTRL" key, then double click on the icon.

If in your block diagram you have a subVI icon and you would like to open both its front panel and block diagram, then by holding the CTRL key and double clicking in the icon you will open both. But if for example your VI icon is on your desktop and you would like to open it with both windows (FP and BD)then press CTRL+E hold it and double click in the icon. There is no setting for opening both windows at startup but you may want to press the CTRL+E to display the block diagram.
