Devices not showing up in NI-MAX

I have moved development from a tower PC to my laptop.

 

All the equipment was discovered by NI MAX on the tower PC but nothing is showing up in LabVIEW or NI MAX on the laptop:

They are visible in device manager:

I tried resetting the NI-MAX databse and rebooting the laptop, it didn't help.  Also, when the laptop starts I have to manually run NI configuration manager.  Bitlocker is on both the tower PC and the laptop, so not sure why it is not launching automatically.

 

Any ideas why LabVIEW does not match the device manager?

Try reinstalling VISA.  You might also have to change some settings for the VISA software in MAX (right-click on VISA under Software inside of MAX and there are a bunch of settings you can mess around with).
