Deploying a Data Dashboard created dash board

Hi All,

I have been looking on the NI web site however I was not able to get a direct answer on this question.

I have a dashboard created in Data dashboard which functions well, however how do I give it to the person that needs to use it. Can it be deployed as self installing App on a Tablet ? or do I need to create the Dashboard for the user in His own Tablet,

Sorry for my confusion as I did this fir the first time and created the dashboard in my Tablet to learn the basics 

Any help is appreciated
