Deploying Network Variables -1967357949, OS and Network Services: (Hex 0x8ABC8003

Hi.  I have been debugging this code and I have finally gotten it to deploy.  When I deploy, I get "Deploying VariableLibrary.lvlib\\192.168.137.181\VariableLibrary deployment failed " .  My issues are:

the IP address that is not my computers.

And 2: I do not have the variable manager showing in MAX.

Any advice on why this would be?

The Network Variable Engine has to be installed on your target device, which you can do from NI MAX, by  right clicking the software section under remote systems, and select the Add/Remove Software option in the target.
