DataSocket and Win NT?

Hi!

I've installed LabVIEW 5.1. Everything works fine when I try any of
the DataSocket-examples under Windows 95, but none when I use Windows
NT. I.e. the DataSocket server doesn't start on the NT-machine (I'm
logged in as an administrator).

Does anyone know what I do wrong?
Thanks

hi mattias
i've encountered this problem on two different machines with nt 4.0.
in both cases the datasocket-files
have not been installed in the default-directory (same for labview) and in
both
cases the registry-entries for the datasocket related files
"cwdss.exe" (server)and "cwdssmgr.exe"
(manager) have been wrong (wrong paths)!
i don't know if this is a bug or if something went wrong during installation.

hope
it helps you
bye
