Data delay in producer and consumer loop?

I am using 8 channels sbRio 9627 for data acquisition and a queue to communicate data between the producer and the consumer loop. I would like to perform cross-correlation between real-time data for Channel 4 and Channel 8. If I implement the same at produce loop and its logical output shared among the other consumer loops via queue then in this process, I am getting a huge delay between the producer and the consumer loop.

I have only a vague idea of what you are trying to do, and have no idea how you implemented it.  Please attach the relevant LabVIEW code (as VIs, or better, as a .zip file obtained by compressing the folder of the entire Project).  Without understanding the Question, it is difficult to give a meaningful Answer.
