Hello, I am currently working as a programmer in a lab. My job is to create an executable that displays temperature readings and records them on a tdms file. The final part of the project is to be able to export this file to google drive, or any other cloud-based service that will hold the data. I am having difficulty getting a start with the export process. I am currently programming for a cRIO-9035 running Linux using LabVIEW 2017. So far I have looked in WebDAV, FTP, and a few other protocols already available in LabVIEW. I don't know much about networks and how servers work. The end goal is to that once the executable is uploaded to the cRIO that the file is uploaded every couple of minutes to the cloud programmatically. What would be the best way to go about this task?
