Data Dashboard App Crashes on iOS 11.4

I updated my iPad Pro from iOS 10 to iOS 11.4 and now as I will open the Data Dashboard app it only loads a blank white screen on startup and crashes itself. Any idea how to fix it?

Why are you using a version of ios that is over 2 years old?

 

Apple is up to 13.5 now.
