DIGITAL I/O SETTINGS

There isn't any info from these two documents that tell how to control the motor. Like I said before, this is a Labview forum, not a stepper motor forum. I am a volunteer and I don't have the time to research your stepper motor problem. Please don't send your stepper motor problems to this forum. This subject is already 4 pages long and has gotten outside the Labview area. You need help from someone else.

I would like to thank tbob, Dennis and AnalogKid for helping me to move my stepper motor. I have learned a lot from this forum. I have managed to move one of my stepper motors clockwise and anticlockwise. Another stepper motor moves only clockwise but stalls during anticlockwise. I am sorry that the thread is 4 pages long but I believe robotics and labview goes hand in hand. I am sure there are many people out there who are interested in stepper motors who normally lock in as guests. I promise that if I get my steppers moving, I would sent the code to NI.COM. Just one question please.

Q: The DAQ board gives a high(5V) and low(0V) signal. I have a hunch that one of my steppers do not change direction because I must get a signal high( - 5 V) and low ( 0 V).Is there such a thing as a -5V signal for counterclockwise movement.

I hope I do not inconvenience anyone.
