Open and write to an access.accdb runs without error, but when I want to close the connection reference, the VI hangs. Only close task helps. This appears since the last Office/Access update. The behavior is also in applications that I created before the updates.
Our IT department tries to restore the status before the updates.
I'll keep you informed

Mike,
my Windows is version 7/32, Labview 2014. Definetly this VI hangs in invoke-node close.
Neither the IDE works nor compiled applications. But they did before the access update run, also on different machines. Our IT is searching for it. One suggestion I heard maybe an antivirus definition file. We'll wait and see.

Hey AndreasC,
the update you just posted (KB3114731) is an Junk-Mail filter update for Outlook. I think is the interesting one:
February 9, 2016, update for Access 2016 (KB3114522)

Is there any error you receive from LabVIew?

Hey Brandizzl,
labview returned no error message. When i run in debugging mode I see the vi hanging (green arrow stops in the vi). Inside the VI it hangs in the invoke node (close methode).
Meanwhile our IT department solved the problem. They excluded some branches of the antivir definition paths they distributed with the office update.
