No RT target to deploy to however, the vi lives fine in a RT target and runs via the context switcher no trouble.

How does my Code Capture compare to your code? what happens if you run it on your RT Target

I have only been running this on my RT target.  The way I am reading the property is identical.  THe way I am storing the TDMS file though, I haven't seen how you are doing that yet.  My VI is really complex at the moment since I'm experimenting with complex triggering.  I'll see if I can get it to replicate in a simpler VI.
