DAQ channal synchronization

Hi,

I'm using a NI 9401 DAQ board to trigger simultaneous pulses using it's 4 channels. In the DAQ assistant window, I set both the high time and low time to 2.5ms. The problem is when I monitor the pulses from the channels using an oscilloscope, I encounter phase shifts in the pulses of channels. I appreciate it if you can help me on that.

Where is that dialog from? Do you have any code you could share? Do you have a screenshot from the scope?
