DAQ No Signal in Test Window and 200284 Error

Correction:

After "identifiying" the chassis and system, the model names have come up in their respective slots after restarting... But still no signal in the Test Panel window...

Even if you can't really change any of the wiring, it would be worth it to check that all of the connections are secure. 

Since all of your actual hardware seems to be connected, visible, and operational now it doesn't seem like they would be causing such a strange inconsistency.

All the connections seem secure. 

I checked all the signals on an oscilliscope and they all seem fine. 

There was no noise and they were in the right limits.
