Creating a digital waveform graph?

I don't know if this graph is right for my project but I figured I would try it. I was wondering how I would build the Digital Waveform graph from 2D data, if that's even possible.

Any insight on what functionality you are looking to get out of this graph? I would recommend looking at this guide if you haven't seen it already.
