Creating a Graphic for valve position

I'd like to create a graphic for valve position.

I tried using a gauge indicator but it was requested I use a graphic that only has 90 degrees of travel (say 9 o'clock to 12 o'clock) for full range of 0% to 100% open. I can not figure out how to restrict the gauge to display a graphic like this.

Is there a gauge (or gauge-like) indicator like this?

You do not need to do anything special:

1. Place a gauge indicator on the front panel
2. Move the cursor so that it resides right over the "10". The cursor should change to an arc with two arrows at the end.
3. Click and drag to where you want the end point to be. The "0" will follow.
