Control and design pulse generator non correct data

Hi,

I am using CD pulse generator to generate some pulses inside a simulation subsystem. pulse generator setup is as below image.

during the execution I get pulses with shape as per red line in next image (I get spikes at start and end of pulse highlighted in yellow; average pulse area is correct but I would like to get rid of said spikes)

Any idea why?

Thanks in advance

Either bad hardware, bad software, or some other error (such as bad measurement).

  • Hardware -- what is the hardware?  What is a "CD Pulse Generator"?
  • Software -- what software are you using?  Since this is a LabVIEW Forum, there's a possibility that you are using LabVIEW.  Attach your LabVIEW code (if you are using LabVIEW) -- attach the actual VIs, themselves, not screenshots of part of the code.
  • How did you get the "bad data" you show?  Are you using LabVIEW?  If so, attach the code.

It is difficult to suggest fixes when we don't know what you are doing, nor how you are doing it.
