Hello,
We are using a USB-6501 board but it is not recognized by the computer.
More precisely, the serial number of the board is properly read by the software but the board still is not responding.
Do you know what could cause such an issue on that board?

can you show a screenshot of MAX depicting that USB6501 with its properties?
Are all drivers (DAQmx) installed (correctly)?
