Configuring PORTx of NI-DAQ (SCB-68A)

Could someone please tell me how to add a new PORT as digital output? (E.g.: the one that uses bits of 8 to 15)

You haven't selected (in MAX) a Device (like the PCIe-6321) that does digital I/O.  I recommend you go to the Web and search for DAQmx Tutorials and spend a little bit of time learning how to use DAQmx, MAX, and how to get LabVIEW to do Data Acquisition and Control.
