Compare Aggregates on front panel references causes 'Failed to Compile' error -- CAR?

Whilst I was investigating the difference between the output of a Panel-->Controls[] property node vs the 'TRef Get all FP References.vi' found in vi.lib, I came across this bug in LabVIEW which I've been able to replicate in both 2012 and 2013.   Apparently, if you try to compare equality of an array of GObject Refnums to an array of Control Refnums you break the LabVIEW complier when you switch the 'Equal?' primitive to 'Compare Aggregates' mode.

Is there a better place for me to post this to get a CAR created?

SeanDonner,

Your feedback will be reviewed and evaluated.  R&D will need to test the code to determine if a CAR should be filed.  If one is created, you will be notified here.

Hi Sean!

Thank you for bringing this to the attention of the National Instruments team. A CAR has been filed for this issue and the number for this CAR is 483320 if you would like to look for it in future versions of LabVIEW. I will continue working to find more workarounds to this issue.
