Tengo una serie de controles e indicadores dentro de un cluster en LabVIEW

Me gustaría personalizarlos individualmente, pero no se como.

Adjunto un VI que ilustra lo que quiero hacer con un cluster de ejemplo

As you are posting in an English speaking forum you should write your questions in English. (Otherwise there is a Spanish regional board.)

You forgot to attach your VI!

What's your problem to customize the elements within your cluster?

Btw. a cluster can only contain controls OR indicators, but not both of them!

You can have a cluster control, but set some of its elements to "disabled" state so the user cannot change their value, and so create fake indicators…
