Communicating with a Brother QL-570 Label Printer via USB

I have written a program that needs to send a serial number to a Brother QL-570 Label Printer.  The printer uses USB, and the Measurement & Automation Explorer does not see USB devices as it does comm ports etc.

Using the report VI's, I have only succeeded in causing the printer to line feed.  No data is printed.

I believe I could succeed using property nodes, but I don't know how to create the reference to the printer.

Can anyone help.

Note:  Both word and Excel see the USB printer but LabView does not.

Thanks

after I removed the 64-bit b-PAC SDK and then installed a 32-bit, it works.
